Please note that all sales for readings are final. To ensure I’m the right reader for you, I encourage you to check out my client testimonials to get a feel for my reading style. My readings are designed to empower you and provide clarity on your situation, rather than traditional fortune-telling—I am not considered a predictive tarot reader.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment.

If you miss your scheduled time without notice, you will be marked as a no-call, no-show, and the cost of your reading will be forfeited.

A 10-minute grace period is included with all readings. After that, your appointment will be canceled, and you will be allowed one reschedule. Missing the rescheduled appointment will result in forfeiting the cost of the reading.

Emergency appointments cannot be rescheduled. If missed, the cost of the appointment is forfeited.

Candles & Rootwork Policy

All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged.

If your item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
