3. Tarot Readings & Spiritual Services
Tarot readings, consultations, rootwork, spellwork, and other spiritual services are provided for spiritual insight, reflection, guidance, ritual, and personal empowerment.
Heart and Coins does not represent that tarot readings or spiritual services can predict the future with certainty or guarantee a particular outcome.

Reconciliation
A romantic or personal relationship
Another person's feelings, thoughts, or actions
Financial gain
Employment or business success
Legal or court outcomes
Medical outcomes
Any other specific result
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, choices, actions, and circumstances.
Spiritual services are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other licensed professional advice.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health concern, seek assistance from an appropriate qualified professional. If you are facing a legal matter, consult a licensed attorney. For financial or other specialized matters, consult an appropriately qualified professional.
4. Rootwork & Spellwork
All rootwork and spellwork are subject to the Heart and Coins Rootwork & Spellwork Policy.
Standard rootwork generally requires 7–10 business days from the date of purchase. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and Mondays.
Processing times may fluctuate because of order volume, demand, holidays, or circumstances outside of Heart and Coins' control.
Working Selection
Clients may request a particular type of working. However, Heart and Coins reserves the right to modify, substitute, decline, or recommend an alternative working when, in my professional and spiritual judgment, another approach is more appropriate for the client's stated intention or circumstances.
Heart and Coins may refuse a working when the requested work does not align with the nature of the practice, the client's stated circumstances, or Heart and Coins' ethical or business standards.
No Guaranteed Results
No spiritual working can ethically be guaranteed to produce a particular result or to do so within a particular timeframe.
The purchase of a working represents payment for the spiritual service and work performed, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Cancellation of Work
Once a rootwork or spellwork purchase has been completed, the purchase cannot be canceled.
Once work has begun, the working cannot be canceled or refunded.
5. Rush Services
Rush services apply only to the specific portion of a service identified as eligible for rush processing.
The rush period begins on the date the rush service itself is purchased.
For example, if a working is purchased on Thursday and the rush service is purchased on Friday, the rush processing period begins on Friday.
Rush processing applies only to the working itself. Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a rush service does not expedite:
Consultations
Check-ins
Reports
Additional updates
Shipping
Other services associated with the order
Rush availability, pricing, and processing times may change based on business demand and availability.
6. Working Updates & Reports
Standard rootwork includes the updates specifically described in the applicable service listing.
Unless an additional communication or update package is purchased, standard working updates generally include:
A photograph at the beginning of the working
An estimated timeframe for the candle or working to burn
A report following completion of the working
A follow-up check-in based on the working and candle burn
Specific timing of reports and check-ins may vary depending on the working and business circumstances.
Additional communication or update packages, when available, are governed by their individual service descriptions.
7. Appointments
Appointments are governed by the Heart and Coins Appointment & Cancellation Policy.
Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to reschedule a standard appointment.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for readings.
Failure to attend an appointment without appropriate notice constitutes a no-call/no-show and may result in forfeiture of the appointment fee.
Emergency appointments follow the same applicable appointment and grace-period rules as standard appointments and are non-refundable.
Emergency appointments are currently available between approximately 7:00 a.m. and midnight, subject to availability.
Emergency appointment pricing is subject to change.
If Heart and Coins needs to reschedule an appointment, the customer will be offered a complimentary reschedule. If Heart and Coins is ultimately unable to provide the purchased service and the service cannot reasonably be rescheduled, the customer may be eligible for a refund as described in the applicable Policies.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge the applicable Heart and Coins refund, cancellation, and service policies.
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact hello@heartandcoins.com before initiating a payment dispute so that Heart and Coins has an opportunity to review and address the issue.
